Report The Claim

Report any claim or potential claim as soon as possible to your broker, or Baleen Specialty, directly online below. Please include:

  • The policy number
  • Your name and contact details
  • A description of the loss
  • The location of the loss and the current location of any affected items
  • Additional documentation such as photos and police reports to help us properly evaluate the claim.

We will provide confirmation and a claim number for tracking the information and status of your claim. You’re welcome to call the Baleen Specialty representative assigned to your account for any answers you need.

Baleen Specialty’s Next Steps Once the Claim is Reported

A Baleen Specialty Claims Professional will review the specific facts of your claim to assess the damage. We will consult with advisors and partners including loss adjusters, lawyers, recovery and risk specialists, and other relevant third-party professionals as needed. Each claim is handled on its own merit, with great consideration to your specific situation.
