  • Limits: $1M/$2M
  • Deductibles: $2,500 – $10,000
  • Minimum Premium: $2,500
  • Eligible Customers: Less than $5M in Revenue
  • Eligible Venues: All except AK, CO, HI, NY, WV

Alarm Systems Installation, Carpentry- Exterior, Carpentry – Interior, Concrete Construction, Debris Removal, Electrical Installation, Excavation, Grading of Land, Janitorial Services, Landscape Gardening, Lawn Care Services, Painting-Exterior, Painting-Interior, Plumbing, Roofing, Siding Installation, Solar Energy Contractors, Swimming Pool Servicing and Installation, Telecommunication Service Providers, Tree Pruning, Waterproofing, Welding or Cutting, and Wrecking.

Submission Requirements

  • Baleen Submission Template
  • ACORD 125 and 126 applications
  • Five-year currently-valued loss runs
  • Supplemental applications (optional)

If loss runs are not included at the time of the submission, quotes may be issued on a subject to basis.
